Mood: Run Out.
I was suppose to go city this morning but there are no trains which makes it extra annoying.
So we stayed home instead.
I watched the tennis on 7 then decided to go for around at about 1:30.
I went for a 1.5km at first just around Canley then cooled down by stetching at Bareena.
After that I did another 800m which I timed & completed in 4minutes.
That's not that good.
I plan to get close to 3minutes !!
Well since I haven't been doing much my left knee was killing again.
I hope it doesn't screw up during the year again :(
I couldn't go Viffy's cos my sister is going to Merrylands so yeah .
No one can take me .
